Multiple "Five Star Professional" (for customer service) award winner Nick Baldwin is an 10-year residential real estate veteran and team lead of Nick Baldwin & Associates.

Nick spent his childhood in Brooklyn, NY and Montclair, NJ and earned earned his Screen Actors Guild card at age 8. Nick’s acting talent landed him roles in commercials, short films, voice overs, plays and musicals. Later, Nick attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and worked as a performer on both coasts.

Along the way he became a certified personal trainer and, after returning to Montclair and attending Montclair State University as a marketing-PR major he got into real estate with his mother, Roberta Baldwin. Over his career, Nick has sold upwards of 350 homes.

I welcome the opportunity with each and every client," says Nick.

Anne Baldwin may have grown up in Clarkston Michigan (with a few years spent in Goteborg Sweden) but she is no stranger to the Montclair area. Both of her parents hail from Montclair NJ and she has spent her life spending summers and holidays in the Essex County NJ area. 

In 2004 she decided to make the east coast her permanent home when she moved to NYC to study at The Fashion Institute of Technology. After her graduation in 2008 she spent her years prior to real estate as a merchandise manager at Haskell Jewels, a wholesale jewelry company in NYC. In 2012 she left the fashion industry after the birth of her first son and jumped into real estate spending he last few years learning from some of the best in the industry. Currently Anne works as the Nick Baldwin and Associates administrator, transaction coordinator, and buyer agent.

When Anne isn't spending time with her family, friends, or clients, she is volunteering for numerous organizations in the area. She is a past president of the Junior League of Montclair-Newark and is a co-founder of the Four Legged Food Drive (a pet needs drive that benefits local shelters).

Anne lives in Bloomfield New Jersey with her husband Nick and two boys Levi and August.

Kyle grew up in Roxbury, NJ where he developed his talents as a classically trained singer. He went on to study opera at UMass Amherst after which Kyle got his start in customer service by building his career in the hospitality industry. His passion and hard work eventually carried him to New York City where he was able to continue advancing in the hospitality industry while attending Anthem Institute to broaden his knowledge of computer technology. Kyle's close connection to his home state eventually brought him back to New Jersey where he combined all his passions and strengths to begin his career in real estate. In his free time, Kyle's hobbies include cycling, running, PC gaming, hiking, and traveling. 

Vicki Brenner, an enthusiastic ‘Jersey Girl’, began her real estate career in 2015. Driven by her passion for professionalism, she takes great pride in providing the highest quality of attention, commitment and care to each of her clients individually.

Born and raised in Union County, Vicki currently resides in Rahway, NJ with her husband, Justin, and two kids, Ava and Preston. In her free time, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, as well as furthering her education in the real estate industry. Active in the industry and community, Vicki holds membership in the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the North Jersey Central Association of REALTORS (NCJAR), the New Jersey Association of REALTORS (NJAR), and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS). She is involved in her community in many ways, including the local elementary school and annual town events. Vicki will also be donating $50 from each closed transaction in 2017 to the Bloomfield Animal Shelter.

Stephanie has always had a heart to serve others. She has varied work experience, having worked in the fashion industry, then later serving in her community as a family and child advocate eventually managing a public health initiative focused on improving health outcomes in Essex County. She aspires to continue helping as many families find their dream home and providing exceptional customer service while doing so. Stephanie studies include a Bachelors in Fashion Marketing & Management and a Masters in Child Advocacy & Policy. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and as a hobby, interior decorating, wardrobe styling & party planning.
